  • What is dye sublimation, and how does Elite Customs Apparel use it for creating custom sports uniforms?
    Dye sublimation is a state-of-the-art printing process where all colors and designs, including numbers, logos, and team names, are dyed directly into the fabric. This technique ensures that the designs become an integral part of the fabric, making them permanent and guaranteed to never fade, crack, or peel. This produces high-quality custom sports uniforms that not only look vibrant and professional but also stand up to the rigors of athletic performance. This process allows for limitless creativity in design.
  • What is the minimum order requirement for custom designed sports uniforms at Elite Customs Apparel?
    We require an initial order minimum of 12 pieces of the same design. We do, however, have no minimum for add-ons or re-orders once an order for a specific design has been placed with us.
  • How can I place an order for custom sports uniforms with Elite Customs Apparel?
    At Elite Customs Apparel, we take pride in tailoring each order to meet your unique needs. To ensure the highest level of personalization and precision, we prefer to work directly with a representative from your team. You can place an order by either emailing us directly or by sending in a quote request. In your email or quote request, please include the number of items your team needs. Once we receive your request, we will work closely with you to bring your vision to life. This personalized approach allows us to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service, making sure your team stands out on the field.
  • Can you create a design based on an existing design or a design I have found online?
    Yes! We can create a custom design specific to your vision and entirely unique, or we can replicate an existing design. Whether is is something you currently own or a design you have found online that you like, we can bring it to life!
  • How does Elite Customs Apparel assist teams with finding the right sizes?
    We understand the importance of having uniforms that fit perfectly. We work closely with each team to ensure accurate sizing using our specific sizing charts. Currently, we do not provide sizing kits unless your team is located in our immediate area of Central Texas. However, for teams within an hour of our location, we offer the option of providing a sizing kit or scheduling an in-person sizing session. Please contact us for more information or to arrange a sizing session tailored to your team's needs.
  • How long does it take to receive my custom uniforms?
    Production time for custom orders runs two to four weeks depending on the item, order quantity and the time of year. We do not offer rush service. We do not guarantee delivery dates. An estimated ship date will be given at the time of order entry, but the actual ship date can vary by up to a week depending on our production load. We are not responsible for production delays beyond our control. Please allow enough lead time to receive your order when you need it.
  • What is Elite Customs Apparel's return and exchange policy for custom-designed sports uniforms?
    Elite Customs Apparel does not accept returns on customized items. However, defective or misprinted garments can be exchanged for the same item, within 14 days after you have received them. Refunds are not provided for defects. Contact us directly for assistance with any issues.
  • Can I cancel or get a refund for my order after it has been placed?
    At Elite Customs Apparel, we specialize in creating custom designed sublimation sports uniforms that perfectly align with your athletic vision. Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order goes into production, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to create a stellar jersey for you!
